Update: The delivery of the items is temporary canceled. You can purshase your favorite products directly from our studio at Gjorce Petrov-Skopje and you can make payment there (cash only). Thank you for your understanding. Map to the location: here

For now we ship only to Macedonia and accept payments through

Bank Transfer.

To purchase the product, send us a message with the name of the product and the code. We send you all the info for delivering your favourite item.

The total price of the product (VAT included) will be the price indicated on the order page plus delivery costs.

Shipment Policy

We aim to dispatch available products within 3-5 business days after the payment. Orders going to Macedonian addresses are usually delivered within 1-5 days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).

You will be required to sign for your package at arrival, so please make sure someone can receive it. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

Returns & Exchange

Please note that, due to the handmade nature of our items, patterns, forms and colors may not be so perfect. We are hoping that you are satisfied with your unique product, but in case you are not, please contact us by e-mail at keramikacafeskopje@gmail.com.

Before returning any items, write us an e-mail with your name, delivery address and full name of the product with the code. We will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange to organize the return.

We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 14 days of receiving, providing the item is unused and in original condition.

Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website.

You will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item.

We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are not send back in original condition, so please ensure that the product is well packed and protected before sending.

We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However occasionally damages do occur during transport, so in this case please contact us by e-mail at keramikacafeskopje@gmail.com, within 3 days of receipt, to arrange a return.

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping will be at your cost.

Packaging

We pack our item with love and care, we are trying to personalize them, and primarily we do our best to pack them safely so they can arrive in perfect condition to your address.

You can send a unique gift to someone and include a personal message!

If you want to surprise someone, please don't forget your gift note and make sure that the shipping address is written correctly.
